I was born in London and raised in Nottingham, England. I lived in Madison, Wisconsin from 2004 - 2011 and am currently spending a year in Valencia, Spain. My academic background is in the humanities; I have a BA (Hons) in Humanities from the Open University and a MA Celtic Studies from the Trinity St Davids, Lampeter. I am currently in my last year of my MFA Fine Art - Non-Figurative Painting at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. My thesis project is based on the abstraction of the body, drawing on ećorche studies.
